How to Contact Aervita
There are three easy ways to contact Aervita, and none of them involve a phone tree. We are a small, doctor-led clinic in Edina, Minnesota, and when you contact us you reach the same team that greets you at the front desk — not a call center.
Call or Text
The fastest way to contact the clinic is by phone: (952) 213-6386. Calls and texts both reach the front desk, and texting works well for quick questions about scheduling, pricing, or directions.
Prefer writing? Email info@aervita.com with your question and a good number to reach you. Longer questions about your health history are often easier to sort out in writing before your first visit.

Visit the Clinic in Edina
Aervita is located at 4820 W. 77th Street, Suite 150, Edina, MN 55435 — just off Highway 100 on the southwest side of the Twin Cities metro. If you are coming from Minneapolis, Bloomington, St. Louis Park, Eden Prairie, or Richfield, the clinic is an easy drive, and Google Maps will bring you right to the building.
When you arrive, you will find our suite on the main level. The lobby is home to our front desk, our supplement dispensary, and the hyperbaric chambers you may have seen on the rest of the site. If anything about finding us is unclear, contact the front desk by phone or text and we will talk you in.
Getting Here From Around the Metro
From Minneapolis, take Highway 100 south and exit at W. 77th Street — the clinic is minutes from the exit. From Bloomington and the airport side of town, I-494 to Highway 100 north is the simplest route. From St. Louis Park, Hopkins, or Minnetonka, Highway 100 south does the work; from Eden Prairie or Chanhassen, Highway 62 or I-494 will bring you across.
Once you are on W. 77th Street, look for the 4820 building and head to Suite 150 on the main level. If you get turned around, contact the front desk and we will stay on the phone until you find us — it happens more often than you would think, and we genuinely do not mind.
Public transit and rideshare both work well too — drop-offs at the front entrance of the building put you a short walk from our suite. If mobility is a concern for you or the person you are bringing, mention it when you contact us and we will make the arrival as easy as possible.
What Happens After You Contact Us
Whether you contact Aervita by phone, text, email, or the form above, the message lands with a real person on our front desk team. We respond as quickly as we can during clinic hours — and if you reach out after hours, we will get back to you when the clinic reopens. For anything time-sensitive, a call or text is always the fastest route.
If you are new to the clinic, the usual next step is our Initial Health Assessment: a 40-minute, doctor-led consult ($84) where we review your history and your goals, screen for anything that needs attention, and recommend an honest plan across our services — hyperbaric oxygen therapy, chiropractic care, PEMF therapy, functional medicine, red light therapy, and wellness testing.
Not ready to talk to anyone yet? That is fine too. Our free HBOT guide is a good place to research hyperbaric oxygen on your own schedule, and our memberships and pricing page lays out every package transparently, because we are a cash-pay clinic and believe you should see the numbers before you ever contact us.
What You Will Never Get When You Contact Us
No pressure, no scripts, and no pretending a therapy is right for you when it is not. We built Aervita around honest conversations: if what you describe sounds like something our services can genuinely support, we will say so and show you the research thinking behind it. If it does not, we will say that too, and point you somewhere more useful when we can.
That is also why so much of our information is free and public — the HBOT guide, the open pricing, the condition pages. We would rather you contact us already informed, with sharper questions, than feel talked into anything. It makes for better first visits and better long-term patients.
One more promise: your contact information stays with us. No selling lists, no spam — just a reply from a real person in Edina, usually the same day.
Contact Aervita: Frequently Asked Questions
What is the fastest way to contact the clinic?
Call or text (952) 213-6386. The phone is answered during clinic hours, and texts are usually the quickest way to get a short answer about scheduling, availability, or pricing. Email and the contact form on this page work well for anything longer, and online booking is open around the clock.
Can I text instead of calling?
Yes — and many of our patients prefer it. The number above receives both calls and texts. Text us your name and your question, and a member of the front desk team will reply during clinic hours. Please do not use text for anything urgent or medical-emergency related; for emergencies, call 911.
How do I book an appointment online?
Every service at Aervita can be booked through our Practice Better online calendar. Pick the service, pick a time, and you will receive a confirmation by email. New to the clinic and not sure where to start? Book the Initial Health Assessment — a 40-minute doctor consult that maps out the right plan before you commit to anything else.
Do you take insurance?
Aervita is a cash-pay clinic, which is what lets us keep pricing transparent and appointments unhurried. You will find every package and membership listed openly on our memberships and pricing page. If you have questions about payment options, HSA/FSA cards, or documentation for your own records, contact the front desk and we will walk you through what is possible for your situation.
Where is Aervita located?
We are at 4820 W. 77th Street, Suite 150, Edina, MN 55435 — just off Highway 100, minutes from Southdale and easy to reach from Minneapolis, Bloomington, St. Louis Park, Richfield, and the rest of the southwest metro. The map at the top of this page has one-tap directions.
What are your hours?
Hours vary by service and by season, so the most reliable source is the online booking calendar, which always shows real-time availability. If you would rather ask a person, contact the front desk by phone or text and we will find a time that works for you.
What should I bring to a first visit?
Bring anything that helps us understand your health story: a list of current medications and supplements, recent lab work if you have it, and the questions you want answered. Wear comfortable clothing. If your visit includes a hyperbaric session, plan for a little extra time on the first day so we can walk you through the chamber properly — our free HBOT guide covers exactly what to expect.
What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens — contact the front desk by phone or text as soon as you know, and we will move your appointment to a time that works. Booking confirmations also include a link to manage your appointment online. Giving us a day of notice whenever possible keeps the calendar fair to other patients waiting for a slot.
While You Are Here
If you contact us about hyperbaric oxygen, we will probably point you to the free Dive to Thrive HBOT guide — seven chapters on how it works, what the research has explored, and how to run a proper trial of it. Curious about pricing before you reach out? Everything is published on the memberships page. And if you want the story behind the clinic itself, our About Us page is the place to start.
However you choose to contact Aervita — call, text, email, form, or a visit to 4820 W. 77th Street — we are glad you are here, and we will do our best to be worth the message.
