Welcome to aervita.com. These terms govern your use of this website and the purchases you can make through it. By using the site, you agree to them. We have written them to be readable, because terms you cannot understand protect no one.
The articles, guides, and resources on this website are educational. They describe published research, our services, and our approach to care. They are not medical advice, they are not a diagnosis, and reading them does not create a doctor patient relationship with our clinic or any of our practitioners. Research findings described on this site are not a promise of individual results. Decisions about your health should be made with a licensed provider who has examined you, which is why every service at our clinic begins with an evaluation by a licensed practitioner. Aervita is a chiropractic led integrative clinic. Our services, including hyperbaric oxygen sessions, light therapy, PEMF, functional medicine programs, and equipment rentals and sales, are provided to patients following an examination by a licensed practitioner, in accordance with our clinical judgment and applicable law. Purchasing anything through this website, including a deposit, does not entitle you to a particular service if our evaluation determines it is not appropriate for you. Where that happens, the refund terms below apply. Clinical services, equipment rentals, and equipment purchases are additionally governed by the agreements and consent documents you sign with us directly, and those documents control for those services.
Purchases on this website are processed in United States dollars through our practice management and payment providers.
Rental waitlist deposits. The home rental waitlist deposit is $500, secures your place on our rental waitlist, and becomes your security deposit for the rental itself. It is refunded in full if your evaluation determines a home chamber is not appropriate for you, or if you cancel before your delivery is scheduled. After your rental, the deposit is returned following equipment pickup and inspection. Complete rental terms, including rental pricing and extension pricing, are stated on our rental page and in the rental agreement you sign before delivery.
Other purchases. Pricing for evaluations, sessions, packages, programs, and memberships is stated at the point of purchase or in our clinic. Package, program, and membership terms, including any promotional terms, are described in the applicable service description at the time you enroll. We are a cash pay clinic and do not bill health insurance. Whether HSA or FSA funds may be used for a given purchase is determined by your plan administrator, not by us.
Appointments. Our scheduling and cancellation policy is that we ask for 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment. Appointments changed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed without notice, may be charged the full amount of the scheduled service. This policy is provided to you when you book.
The articles, guides, images, and materials on this site are owned by Statera Health PLLC and are protected by copyright. You are welcome to read, share links to, and quote brief portions of our content with attribution. You may not republish our articles or guides in substantial part, use them to train or seed commercial content, or use our name or branding in a way that suggests affiliation or endorsement, without written permission. We put real work into publishing honestly referenced health content, and these terms protect that work.
You agree not to use this website to submit false information, attempt to access systems or data not intended for you, interfere with the site’s operation, or collect information about others. We may suspend access for misuse.
Our site links to outside resources, including published research and the platforms we use for booking and payment. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, which govern your use of them.
This website is provided as is. While we work to keep our content accurate, current, and referenced, we do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of this website is limited to the amount you paid through the website in the transaction giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited by agreement, and nothing in these terms alters the professional obligations we owe you as a patient once care begins.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any dispute arising from use of this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
