Volume 1 of the HBOT guide was a primer — enough to explain what hyperbaric oxygen is and why we built a clinic around it. Volume 2 is a different animal. This edition of the HBOT guide roughly tripled in depth: the mechanisms chapter now walks through Henry’s Law, the hyperoxic-hypoxic paradox, stem cell mobilization, angiogenesis, mitochondrial function, and gene expression in plain language; the conditions chapter grew into a documented map of more than one hundred researched indications; and the dosing chapter became, we believe, the most practical treatment of HBOT protocols you will find outside a clinical textbook.

Mild hyperbaric chambers are soft-shell units that typically operate around 1.3 ATA on filtered air or concentrated oxygen — they are more accessible, and research has explored their use for recovery, energy, and general wellness.
