Hyperbaric Chamber Rentals in Minneapolis and the Twin Cities

Hyperbaric chamber rental, done the right way. Mild hyperbaric chambers delivered to your home, set up and supported by the certified team at the metro’s hyperbaric focused clinic. Every rental starts with an evaluation, because that is how this should be done.

Why Rent From a Clinic Instead of a Warehouse

Plenty of places will drop a chamber at your door and call it a hyperbaric chamber rental. Very few will examine you first, train you properly, and answer the phone in week three.

Hyperbaric oxygen is the center of our clinic, not a side offering. When you rent from Aervita, you are renting from a team that runs chamber sessions every day, under a written safety program, with technicians certified through the International Board of Undersea Medicine. That shows up in every part of the rental experience.

Evaluation First

A licensed Aervita practitioner examines you before any chamber goes home with you. Screening for safety is not a formality here, it is the first step.

Certified Delivery and Training

Our IBUM certified team delivers your chamber, sets it up, and trains every user in your home until you are confident.

A Safety Program Behind Every Rental

The same written protocols that govern our in clinic sessions govern your rental, including grounding, prohibited items, and session procedures.

Real Support for the Whole Rental

Questions in week three get answered by the clinic that examined you, not a call center. If equipment needs attention, we handle it.

HONEST TALK

Honest Talk About Home Chambers

We published a full education article on how hyperbaric oxygen works and what the research does and does not show, and the same honesty applies here.

Home rental chambers are soft sided mild hyperbaric chambers. They operate at lower pressures than the hard chambers in our clinic, and the published research protocols described in our article were conducted at higher pressures than home equipment provides. A rental is not a substitute for clinical care, and we will never pretend otherwise.

What home chambers are genuinely good for is consistency. Patients use rentals to keep a routine going between clinic visits, to continue momentum after finishing a series with us, or to make frequent sessions practical when life makes daily clinic trips hard. Whether that fits your situation is exactly what the evaluation is for. Want the full education first? Download our free guide.

Hyperbaric Chamber Rental Pricing and Availability

Our rental pricing is straightforward and published, with no surprise fees. We maintain a small, well serviced rental fleet, so availability works on a waitlist and a deposit holds your place. Your evaluation visit is $84 and is required before any rental.

No surprise fees. Everything you pay for a hyperbaric chamber rental is listed here. Extensions depend on fleet availability, so tell us early if six weeks will not be enough.

Home rentals are for patients we have evaluated. They are popular with people maintaining a routine between or after clinic series, with athletes and busy families for whom daily clinic trips are impractical, and with patients who simply want consistency at home. Every person who will use the chamber needs their own evaluation, because screening is per person, not per household. And when a situation calls for clinic level care or for a physician’s program instead, we will tell you directly and point you the right way.

Hyperbaric Chamber Rental Questions, Answered

Every Aervita rental follows an evaluation with one of our licensed practitioners, which covers the screening and clinical review a home chamber requires. You do not need to bring a referral to book that evaluation. We do not ship chambers to people we have never examined, and we would be cautious of anyone who will.

We deliver, set up and retrieve across the Twin Cities metro and surrounding communities. If you are outside that area, ask, and we will tell you honestly whether we can serve you well.

Yes, by arrangement. Our hyperbaric chamber rental fleet is based in Edina, and we deliver, set up and train across the Twin Cities metro as standard. For St. Cloud, Rochester, Mankato, Duluth, Brainerd and Alexandria we schedule delivery and pickup around a route and bill mileage beyond 15 miles at $3 per mile, so a hyperbaric chamber rental in greater Minnesota costs the published price plus the drive. The $84 evaluation still happens at the clinic first. Ask at that visit and we will quote the trip plainly.

Rental terms run in multi week blocks, with extensions available when fleet availability allows. Your evaluation maps a recommended schedule to your situation, and the rental term follows from that.

In screened users following the training and protocols we provide, mild hyperbaric chambers have a strong safety record. Safety is the reason for the evaluation, the in home training, and the written procedures that come with every rental. Certain conditions need review before any chamber use, which is exactly what the evaluation screens for.

Each user needs their own evaluation. Screening is individual, and we train every user at delivery. Additional evaluations for household members are easy to schedule together.

It depends on how you will use it. Renting is the right way to find out whether home sessions fit your life before committing to a purchase. If you decide to buy, we help with that too, with the same training and safety support behind it.

Pressure and supervision. Our in clinic hard chambers run medical grade pressures with certified technicians present for every session. Home rental chambers are mild hyperbaric, lower pressure and self operated after training. Different tools for different jobs, and your evaluation covers which fits your plan.

The chamber itself is 7 feet 4 inches long, and you want a little clearance around the frame plus room beside it for the air system that pressurizes it. A standard grounded outlet within reach, a spot away from direct heat, moisture and open flame, and a floor that is level are the practical requirements. Most people use a spare bedroom, a home office or a quiet corner of the living room. Our team confirms the placement at delivery, and if the first spot does not work we move it before we leave, because a hyperbaric chamber rental only helps if it sits somewhere you will actually use it every day.

Everything the rental needs to run. The chamber and its frame, the air system that pressurizes it, the mattress and pillow, the written procedures for your household, and the in home training visit that comes with every hyperbaric chamber rental. You supply the outlet, the space and the daily routine. If a piece of equipment ever needs attention during the term, you call the clinic that examined you and we sort it out, which is the whole reason to rent from a clinic instead of a warehouse.

The air system produces a steady hum while the chamber is pressurized, in the range of a small household appliance running in the next room. Most people find it easy to read, listen to something or nap through, and the sound is one of the things we demonstrate at delivery so nobody is surprised on day one. Placement matters too. We help you position the air system so it is not right beside the pillow end of the chamber, which keeps a hyperbaric chamber rental comfortable for the whole household.

We do both. An IBUM certified technician delivers, assembles and tests the chamber in your home, then trains every evaluated user before leaving. At the end of the term the same team returns, breaks the chamber down, and takes it back to the clinic for inspection and servicing. Please do not move or disassemble the chamber yourself, and do not lend it to anyone who has not been evaluated. Those two rules keep the equipment safe and keep your deposit whole.

Call the clinic. Most questions are answered on the phone, because the person picking up knows the equipment and knows your household from the evaluation. If a part needs attention, we service it or swap the unit, and we tell you plainly before delivery what the rental covers and what counts as misuse. Every chamber in the fleet is inspected between rentals, which is why problems are rare, and why we would rather keep a small fleet in excellent condition than a large one we cannot stand behind.

Yes, when fleet availability allows. Extensions run $350 per additional week. Because we keep a small fleet and a waitlist, the best time to ask is by week four, so we can hold your chamber instead of promising it to the next household. If an extension is not possible, we will tell you early, and you can keep your routine going with sessions at the clinic in the meantime.

We schedule the pickup with you, retrieve the chamber, and inspect it at the clinic. Your $500 deposit is returned after that inspection. Many patients use the pickup visit to talk about what comes next, whether that is a series at the clinic, a second hyperbaric chamber rental later in the year, or the purchase of a chamber of their own, which we can help with as well.

Preparing Your Home for a Hyperbaric Chamber Rental

A little preparation makes the first week smoother. Pick the room before delivery day and clear a path to it, since the chamber and frame come through doorways and up stairs in pieces. Check that a grounded outlet is within reach and that the spot is away from heaters, fireplaces, humidifiers and direct sun.

Decide who in the household will be using the chamber, because each of those people needs their own evaluation before training, and it saves a second trip if everyone is home when we deliver. That is the part of a hyperbaric chamber rental most people forget, and it is the one that costs a return visit. Keep the written procedures where you can see them, and put the prohibited items list on the fridge for the first few weeks. None of this is complicated. It is the same habit of doing things properly that runs our clinic, brought into your home with the hyperbaric chamber rental.

Hyperbaric Chamber Rental Minneapolis, St. Paul and the Whole Metro

Looking for a hyperbaric chamber rental near you? Aervita is the hyperbaric chamber rental Minneapolis and St. Paul households reach first, at 4820 W 77th Street in Edina, minutes from Bloomington, Richfield, Eden Prairie and Minnetonka, with a delivery team that covers the Twin Cities metro. Because we run hyperbaric chambers every day, the chamber that arrives at your door comes with the same procedures, the same screening and the same people who run our own building.

Beyond the metro, hyperbaric chamber rental delivery reaches greater Minnesota by arrangement. Patients in Rochester, St. Cloud, Mankato, Duluth, Brainerd and Alexandria book the same $84 evaluation at the clinic first, then we plan delivery, in home training and pickup around a route, with mileage beyond 15 miles billed at $3 per mile. The chamber, the written safety program and the clinic support are identical wherever the chamber lands, because the point of renting from a clinic is that the clinic stays involved.
