A behind-the-scenes look at what’s new at Aervita — an expanded care team, a refreshed space, and a refined approach to integrative medicine, with major hyperbaric upgrades on the way.
If we’ve been a little quiet lately, it’s because we’ve been busy leveling up.
For most of the last year, our team has been doing the unglamorous, behind-the-scenes work that real refinement requires — auditing every protocol, retraining every team member, and overhauling the parts of your experience you don’t usually see. The goal was simple: build the kind of clinic we’d want our own families to walk into.
At Aervita, we’ve always believed that good enough is the enemy of optimal health. So we stopped settling. We’ve moved past the transition phase, and we’re stepping into a new era of high-performance, evidence-informed, integrative care.
Here’s what’s different about 2026.
A Breath of Life — A Quick Reminder of the Mission
For our newer patients, the short version: Aervita literally translates to “a breath of life.” We rebranded to better reflect our niche at the intersection of integrative medicine and hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) — two disciplines that share the same underlying philosophy. Give the body what it needs, remove what’s holding it back, and watch healing happen.
Healthcare should feel like a breath of life. A fresh start. A deep exhale after years of being dismissed or rushed through eight-minute appointments. A surge of new energy when nothing else has worked.
Every upgrade we’ve made this year was designed to deliver more of that to you, more consistently.
What Integrative + Hyperbaric Medicine Actually Means
If you’re new to the functional and integrative medicine world, here’s the most important distinction:
Conventional medicine tends to ask, “What disease do you have, and what drug treats it?”
Integrative medicine asks, “Why is this happening, and what does your body need in order to heal?”
It’s the difference between silencing a smoke alarm and putting out the fire.
We combine the diagnostic power of conventional testing with root-cause investigation — looking at gut health, nutrient status, toxic burden, hormones, sleep architecture, mitochondrial function, and chronic inflammation. Then we layer in targeted interventions, including hyperbaric oxygen therapy, peptides, IV nutrient therapy, red light therapy, and lifestyle medicine, to help the body do what it was actually designed to do: heal itself.
The research on this approach has caught up to what our patients have been telling us for years. A 2019 outcomes study from the Cleveland Clinic Center for Functional Medicine, published in JAMA Network Open, found that patients treated with a functional-medicine model showed clinically meaningful improvements in health-related quality of life compared to those receiving standard primary care.[^1]
And hyperbaric oxygen therapy — once dismissed as fringe — has become one of the most well-researched adjunctive therapies in modern medicine, with established applications spanning chronic wound healing, traumatic brain injury, post-stroke recovery, and inflammation-driven conditions.[^2]
We don’t pick one tool. We use the right tool for the right person at the right time.
What’s Actually Different in 2026 (The Good Stuff)
We know “refinement” can sound like corporate-speak. So here is exactly what it means for you the next time you walk in.
1. Major Hyperbaric Upgrades — Coming Soon
This is the big one — and it’s almost here.
We’re in the final stages of leveling up our chambers, our safety protocols, and our clinical oversight. When the new equipment lands, our HBOT environment will be among the most optimized in the region — higher-pressure capable, more comfortable, and built around the latest research on dosing and protocol design. We’ll let you know the moment it’s ready.
Why does this matter? Because the parameters of HBOT — pressure, duration, frequency, and what you pair it with — are not interchangeable. The healing effects of hyperbaric oxygen come from a cascade of physiological responses: dramatically increased dissolved oxygen in plasma, stem cell mobilization, mitochondrial biogenesis, and the downregulation of inflammatory signaling.[^3] Get the protocol right, and the body responds. Get it wrong, and you’ve just spent an hour in an expensive nap chamber.
Our refined program is built to give you the right dose for your goals — whether that’s brain recovery, post-surgical healing, autoimmune support, athletic performance, or chronic Lyme.
2. More Hands on Deck
We’ve added five new team members to the Aervita family.
That sounds like a logistics update, but here is what it actually means for you: your calls get answered faster. Your questions get addressed sooner. Your provider has more support behind them, which means they have more attention to give you when you’re in the room together.
You are never just a number in our waiting room. We grew the team specifically to protect that.
3. The “No-Headache” Checkout
We’ve heard you. Hidden fees, credit card surcharges, and confusing pricing are exhausting — and they make every visit feel transactional instead of therapeutic.
So we cleaned it up. We’ve simplified our pricing structure and streamlined scheduling. No surprise surcharges. No friction at checkout. Just clear, transparent pricing so you can focus on your healing, not your paperwork.
4. A Fresh Space
The remodel is complete.
We’ve redesigned the clinic to feel as elevated as the care you receive — warmer lighting, a calmer flow, quieter treatment spaces, and a front-of-house experience that feels like somewhere you actually want to spend two hours, not two minutes.
When the environment supports the nervous system, the nervous system supports the healing. That isn’t décor. That’s biology.
Why This Matters Now
Chronic disease isn’t slowing down. Roughly six in ten U.S. adults now live with at least one chronic condition, and four in ten live with two or more.[^4] The “wait until you’re sick, then medicate” model is breaking down in plain sight — and a growing number of patients are voting with their feet, seeking out clinicians who actually listen, test thoroughly, and treat upstream.
That’s the work we are doing every day at Aervita. And in 2026, we are doing it in a refined space, with a bigger team, and with major hyperbaric upgrades on the way.
We Missed You — Let’s Catch Up
We know we’ve been a bit quiet during the transition. The silence was productive.
Whether you’ve been a patient for years, drifted off our schedule during the rebuild, or you’ve been quietly watching from the outside waiting for the right moment to start your own health journey — the refined Aervita is ready for you.
Come see what’s new. Tour the remodeled space. Meet the new team. Sit down with one of our providers and let us map out what your next chapter of health could actually look like.
50% Off Your First Hyperbaric Session
To celebrate the refined Aervita — and to give you a head start before our major chamber upgrades arrive — we’re offering 50% off your first HBOT session through July.
How to claim it: Call us at 952-213-6386 or email info@aervita.com and mention this blog post. That’s the whole process — we’ll get you set up from there.
Because hyperbaric oxygen should be dosed to your specific goals and health history, every patient completes an Initial Health Assessment with one of our providers before their first session in the chamber. It’s how we make sure your time in the chamber actually moves the needle — instead of being an expensive nap.
- Call or email and mention this post to claim your 50% off — new patients, returning patients, and anyone coming back after a longer gap are all welcome
- An Initial Health Assessment is required before your first HBOT session (standard IHA fee applies)
- One discounted session per patient
- Available through July 31, 2026
Capacity is limited. When July’s schedule fills, the offer closes.
📞 Call 952-213-6386 or email info@aervita.com and mention this post to book your 50%-off first session.
A breath of life is waiting for you. We can’t wait to show you around.
