What can the Cardiometabolic Program do for you?
What can the
Cardiometabolic Program
do for you?
1. Work the trend, not the threshold.
Most people find out their cardiometabolic health is off when a number finally crosses a line. By then the trend has usually been running for years. We measure the direction, not just the value.
2. Test wider than a standard physical.
Fasting insulin, HbA1c, ApoB, Lp(a), particle number and hs-CRP alongside the basics. Total cholesterol on its own leaves far too much unsaid.
3. Six months of real accountability.
Regular check ins with our team over the full Cardiometabolic Program, then a retest so you can see side by side what moved and what did not. This is the part that separates a program from a printout.
The Cardiometabolic Program starts with your labs and your life, not a label. These are the markers we work and the goals people bring us.
- Blood sugar, insulin and HbA1c
- Lipids, ApoB and particle number
- Blood pressure patterns over weeks
- Waist to height and body composition
- hs-CRP and inflammation markers
- Sleep quality and stress load
- Movement and training volume
- What is actually on your plate
- Family history and long range risk
- Energy through the afternoon
- Weight that will not move
- Numbers your doctor called normal
ROOT CAUSE BEGINS HERE.
At Aervita, the Cardiometabolic Program is our first Root Cause Program: six months of comprehensive lab work, a nutrition strategy built around your food rather than a template, targeted supplement support through our practitioner dispensary where it is warranted, and coaching check ins that keep it moving.
This is a wellness and nutrition program. It does not replace your physician, diagnose disease or manage medication. We work alongside your medical team, and we will encourage you to share what we find with them.
An extended intake plus a full cardiometabolic lab panel. We review it with you line by line so you understand what every marker means for you specifically, not what it means on average.
A nutrition strategy built around the food you actually eat. Targeted supplement support through our practitioner dispensary where it is warranted. Movement and sleep targets that fit the life you have, not the one a textbook assumes.
Regular check ins with our team across the full six months. Most people already know roughly what to do. Fewer people have someone in their corner every few weeks asking how it actually went.
We rerun the panel and put the numbers side by side with your baseline. You leave knowing what moved, what did not, and what is worth continuing.
Our Rapid Recovery Protocols are technology driven and standardized. Root Cause Programs are practitioner directed and personalized. They are built to run together. The most common pairing is the Neuropathy Protocol in the back half of this program, so the hyperbaric oxygen, red light and PEMF work on a body whose blood sugar and inflammation are already moving in the right direction.

What Patients Say About Metabolic Health at Aervita
I have been so pumped about the improvements in health I have accomplished at Aervita with Dr. Jaron Faber! My body was manifesting all sorts of symptoms as a result of stress, including skin rashes, uncontrollable weight gain, and a variety of digestive issues. All conditions are under control and moving in the right direction; my weight goals are in sight and that wasn't going to happen without Dr. Jaron's guidance. Love the red light therapy too! Thanks Aervita.

In 2020 my gut health took a turn on me. So much trial and error over the years trying to feel like myself again. Dr Jaron introduced me to the Gut Zoomer and then a prescribed treatment plan. Very happy!!
Hockey the other night I felt the best I have in 2 1/2 years. Hard to explain but felt like I could fully exert myself. No upper chest gas pressure and just a couple little burps. But in my head it was like - oh yeah, this is how I used to feel. I'd gotten so used to not, it felt great to have that sense again. If you have been dealing with gut issues that no one can figure out I HIGHLY recommend Aervita to get your health back!

I am grateful that I found Aervita. Dr. Jaron has helped me end a cycle of skin rashes that went on for years and were unbearable in the winter. We were able to get to the core of the issue by doing very specific testing and a definitive plan. I am happy to be able to wear sweaters in the winter again!

Dr. Faber is an amazing clinician and I regularly refer him patients that need more extensive lab work and hyperbaric oxygen. I'm always hesitant to refer people to "functional medicine" providers, because the approach is often very generic, ie you're deficient in x, so we give you y. Dr. Jaren is so talented at looking at the entire picture and coming up with a well rounded plan that actually works holistically. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a thorough, thoughtful clinician.

No pushy tactics, just openly sharing their extensive knowledge in the health arena. I highly recommend doing the biomarker testing, for the price it's the best deal I've come across for testing over 90 biomarkers in the blood and being able to to sit down with a professional and discuss the results is worth every penny. Also, I return week after week to use the LED light bed. It's my go to when I want to recharge.

I came to Aervita looking for effective methods to add to my treatment plan for Lyme, autoimmune disease, and gut issues and was very pleasantly surprised at how knowledgeable the doctors were of my complex health situation to be able to recommend a great treatment plan that has really helped me heal. They truly care about taking the time to listen to their patients, which is hard to come by!! I would recommend to anyone.

Cardiometabolic Program: Frequently Asked Questions
Who is the Cardiometabolic Program for?
Adults whose numbers are drifting in the wrong direction, or who have been told everything is normal and do not feel that way. It also fits people with a family history who would rather work the trend early than wait for a threshold to be crossed. That is exactly who the Cardiometabolic Program was built for.
Is the Cardiometabolic Program a weight loss program?
Weight often moves, but that is a downstream effect and not the target. We are working blood sugar, lipids, blood pressure and inflammation. Body composition tends to follow.
What testing is involved in the Cardiometabolic Program?
A comprehensive cardiometabolic panel at the start and a retest at the end. It goes wider than a standard physical: fasting insulin, HbA1c, ApoB, Lp(a), particle number and hs-CRP alongside the usual markers. We lay out exactly what is covered before you enroll.
Do I have to stop working with my doctor?
No, and please do not. The Cardiometabolic Program is a wellness and nutrition program that runs alongside your medical care. We do not diagnose disease or manage medication, and we will encourage you to share what we find with your physician.
How long does the Cardiometabolic Program take?
The Cardiometabolic Program runs six months. A longer visit at the start and at the end, with regular check ins in between. The real work happens between visits, which is exactly what the coaching is there to support.
Does insurance cover the Cardiometabolic Program?
The Cardiometabolic Program is self pay. We will give you the full cost in writing before you enroll so there are no surprises, and you can ask us about HSA and FSA eligibility.
Can I pair the Cardiometabolic Program with a Rapid Recovery Protocol?
Yes, and many people do. The most common pairing is the Neuropathy Protocol running in the back half of the program. Ask us at your assessment which combination fits your situation.
When does the Cardiometabolic Program open?
We are enrolling a first cohort from the waitlist. Join it and you will get first access when the Cardiometabolic Program opens, along with everything your decision needs: the full cost, the visit schedule and exactly what the labs cover. Joining the list commits you to nothing.
What happens after the Cardiometabolic Program ends?
You leave with your retest results sitting side by side with your baseline, a plan you have already been living with for months, and the option to continue coaching if you want it. Some patients step into maintenance visits a few times a year. Nothing renews automatically.
Want an independent primer before your visit? The National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health publishes a plain language overview of whole person health, useful background for any root cause conversation, at Aervita or anywhere else.
Reading Your Results Together
The moment the Cardiometabolic Program clicks for most patients is the results review. Instead of a portal notification and a one line “all normal,” you sit down and walk through the numbers: what each marker measures, where yours sit against optimal rather than merely acceptable ranges, and which ones we are going to move first.
Six months later we run the panel again and put the two side by side. That comparison is the whole point. It is the point where the Cardiometabolic Program stops being an idea and becomes your own data.
