Step 1: Select & Purchase:
Choose the diagnostic panel that aligns with your health goals and complete your purchase online.
Step 2: Complete Intake Form
After checkout, you will receive a brief medical intake form via email. This must be completed to generate your lab requisition form or ship your at-home kit.
Step 3: Collection
For At-Home Kits: Your kit will be mailed directly to you with detailed collection instructions. For Blood Draws: You will receive a lab requisition form to take to a local ARCpoint Labs or LabCorp location. Note: A small venipuncture fee is typically charged at the draw site.
Step 4: Results & Analytics
Once the lab processes your samples, your results will be delivered to you.
